Lifestyle Coach
Our Lifestyle Coaches are your community members! They live and work in Kentucky and are trained by a CDC approved training organization to support and encourage you as you make lifestyle changes.
Engaging Curriculum

Users able to easily journal their food and activity through the app or website.

Users can easily track their exercise patterns.
